Pet Care Professional – Premium Registration
If you’ve been directed to this page it’s because your application to join MTM Pet Care as a Pet Care Professional has been accepted and we’re ready to welcome you to our amazing team. You have also selected our Premium Registration Option which includes 10 free referrals each month!
The form below will enable us to book your training and get you set up and ready to start receiving clients as soon as you are ready. It will tell us where and when you want to work, any additional working parameters your wish to set and enable you to pay your registration fee.
NOTE: This registration form is specifically for successful applicants who have had it confirmed that their application has been accepted and approved and who wish to proceed with the Premium Registration. If this is not you, please refer to a member of the team before completing this form.
How It Works
Booking your Pet Care Professional could not be easier:
- Tell us the service you’d like, the area you are in, a little bit more about your pet or pets.
- We’ll forward your details to our local Pet Care Professional (PCP) to contact you confirming pricing and availability.
- The PCP will complete a short consultation and arrange to meet in advance if required. They’ll also be able to book your service in directly.
